About Us
Portland Insulation, Inc. was opened by Steven Libby May 1st, 1989. Prior to that, he began his career working summers for a local insulation company to help pay for college. Steve earned his engineering degree from University of Maine at Orono.
Our service area is Maine, eastern New Hampshire and northeastern Massachusetts.
We have successfully completed projects in all New England states and upstate New York.
We have bid projects at Andrews Air Force Base and drydock work in Washington State
